Lovedoos are Ladoos made out of love. With Peanut as the base ingredient, we use only healthy, high quality ingredients with no added preservatives or sugar. It's completely organic and home-made, with utmost care to hygiene. We deliver all our products within 3 days of the making. So, rest assured to receive freshly packed Lovedoos.
Who is it for?
Peanuts are a great source of protein. The protein content ranges from 22–30% of its total calories, making peanuts a great source of plant-based protein. It's proven to support heart health, maintain a healthy weight, manage blood sugar and keep your mind active. If you're somebody who is keen to fulfill your protein intake, without compromising on the taste, this is for you. If you love munching on snacks, but find yourselves guilty of eating crap, this is for you as well.
How it started?
We are 2 friends - Sholanki and Neha, situated out of Bangalore and we invest a lot in our fitness, while working out online together. We are very conscious of what we eat. So, in order to meet our protein needs, we'd consume protein through tonnes of ways like eggs, protein supplements, etc. This eventually got boring. So, we decided to create these insanely tasty ladoos, made out of Peanuts to satisfy our Protein needs. Now taste bhi, health bhi.
How it's going?
With what started as a personal experiment in our kitchen, we decided to take it a step further by sharing it with world. Lovedoos are ladoos made out of love for your body and mind.
